After that we dig in and read the Immaculate Constellation document provided to Congress by journalist Michael Shellenberger and written by one of his undisclosed whistleblower sources. It covers the US government’s ability to track and catalog UAP. It claims that the program has a vast catalog of high definition, multi-sensor evidence of UAP activity. It gives multiple verbal descriptions of incidents that the program in recorded form. It also gives a breakdown of the different craft categories and their respective observables.
